A variety of training is offered to municipalities and unions about the job evaluation system and its use. Everything from short introductory meetings on the goals and main emphases of job evaluation to more in-depth courses on the use of job evaluation in assessing the value of jobs and setting wages.

- A course for local government staff on the principles of job evaluation, the use of the job evaluation system, and the procedure for evaluating jobs.
- Education about the interaction of job evaluation with the requirements of the Equal Pay Standard for salary setting.
The Equal Pay Office provides training in the field of job evaluation and equal pay issues to employers other than municipalities according to a fee schedule.
